HydroSentinel · AquaRisk-Analyse®
Service principles
Information from Holling Services GmbH. The specific contract documents are agreed before commissioning.
Service scope
AquaRisk-Analyse® is a documented visual assessment of the agreed accessible plumbing and heating areas. The contract documents supplied and accepted before commissioning govern the specific service.
Limits
Only agreed, accessible and visible areas are inspected. No opening, dismantling or intervention; safety valves are not operated and pressure or settings are not changed. This is not comprehensive maintenance, specialist design, assessment of concealed components, confirmation of SIA compliance or a guarantee against future damage.
Report and photographs
Date, visual scope, photographs and findings are linked. No guarantee of future watertightness or operation. The report does not replace maintenance or an insurance decision.
Contractors and subsequent work
The owner or authorised manager decides on measures and contractors. Assessment and repair quotation remain separate. An inspecting partner receives no automatic repair commission.
Additions and follow-up assessments
An invoice or service record documents reported work, not the present condition. A new visual follow-up is a separate commission with its own date and report version.
Data and QR access
Job data is processed for preparation, execution and documentation. Property access, permissions and scope are agreed separately. A label does not guarantee lasting safety.

The decision is documented too.
A finding does not disappear when no action is taken. The report can distinguish the recommendation, urgency, customer decision and next step.
- Work commissioned
- Third-party work planned
- No action requested at present
- Follow-up inspection agreed
The assessment does not replace necessary action. If recommendations are not implemented, are delayed or are implemented differently, the identified risk remains. A recorded decision does not approve a defective condition. The client is responsible for commissioning work; contractors are responsible for their own execution. Any liability depends on the contract, causation and mandatory law. HydroSentinel’s responsibility for its own breaches and mandatory liability, particularly for intent or gross negligence, remain unaffected.
