2. Data and purposes
Contact details such as name, address, email and telephone are used for communication and handling commissions. Property information, photographs, results and reports serve the agreed assessment and documentation; location data is used only where required for the job. Hosting may log technical data such as IP address, browser and access time for security and troubleshooting.
3. Enquiry form
The form assembles email text only within your browser. It does not automatically send it to a server or retain it permanently in the browser. Your enquiry is transmitted only when you send the email yourself. The copy function uses your device’s clipboard.
4. Processing and disclosure
Processing is subject to Swiss data protection law. It serves enquiries and agreed services, legitimate operational purposes, legal duties or required consent. Data is provided only to people authorised for the job and necessary technical providers; other disclosures require case-specific consent or a legal obligation. Personal data is not sold.
5. Retention
Job-related data is kept for as long as required for delivery, documentation and legal duties. Business records subject to statutory retention may require ten years of storage. This does not create a blanket duty to keep every photograph or enquiry for ten years.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction and, where retention duties allow, deletion, and address questions or objections to holger@holling.ch. The applicable statutory conditions remain decisive.
7. Website and security
This website does not use its own analytics or marketing cookies or social-media tracking plugins. Fonts are not loaded from an external font provider. Technical and organisational measures aim to prevent unauthorised access, loss and misuse. The website is intended to be served over HTTPS.
8. QR and building history
The public QR display is an example without real property data. Operational access requires separately agreed permissions and data scope. A QR label alone does not authorise access to private reports.
9. Supervision and changes
For data-protection concerns you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner: FDPIC. This notice is updated when necessary. Version: September 2026.
